Contracts Manager required for a Tier 1 Main Contractor to look after a variety of Pharmaceutical projects, Residential and Commercial projects in the Cork Region.

Duties:

• The successful Contracts Manager will oversee the successful completion of multiple construction projects, taking full responsibility.
• Establish and maintain systems to monitor, review, and control budgeted or agreed-upon expenditures.
• Implement the Company's Cost & Value Management procedures, ensuring all necessary commercial reports are produced accurately and promptly for senior management.
• Collaborate closely with Directors and Site Managers to support and recommend strategies, identify potential risks or issues, and find suitable resolutions.
• Contracts Manager will prepare and distribute monthly progress reports for Senior Management.

Requirements:

• 3rd Level Degree / Trade Qualified
• Over 7 years of experience with main building contractors in Ireland or the UK.
• 3+ years experience in a Senior Project Manager / Contracts Manager role
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Currently working in a multi-project contracts manager role.

Package:

• Basic salary €100k -€110k DOE
