Your responsibilities as Contracts Manager

• Oversee full lifecycle delivery of shopfitting and interior fit-out projects
• Develop and manage project programmes, ensuring timelines are met
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and on-site activity for smooth delivery
• Lead client and design meetings, resolving issues and maintaining progress
• Ensure all works meet design specifications, quality standards, and brand requirements
• Maintain strict compliance with health & safety regulations and site policies

What we're looking for in a Contracts Manager

• Strong background in shopfitting, joinery, or interior construction
• Previous experience managing fast-track fit-out projects
• Proven ability to develop and manage detailed project programmes
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and site teams
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel nationally
