Project Delivery & Performance
  • Ensure all projects and tasks are completed on time and to required standards.
  • Monitor and manage KPIs, ensuring performance targets are consistently met.
  • Oversee cost control measures and maintain accurate budget tracking.
  • Drive operational efficiency across all workflows.
Client Relationship Management
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, professional relationships.
  • Anticipate client needs rather than reacting to issues after they arise.
  • Provide clear communication and updates throughout project lifecycles.
Planning & Coordination
  • Manage programming and scheduling to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee creation and management of CPP files and other project documentation
Health & Safety
  • Set up and maintain Health & Safety processes for all relevant sites or activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal safety standards.
  • Support teams in implementing safe working practices.
Skills & Experience Essential
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and cost control.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Confident communicator with excellent client facing skills.
  • Understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
  • Experience with scheduling/programming tools or systems.
Desirable
  • Background in fire protection & contracts management
  • Experience managing CPP files or similar documentation.
  • Ability to influence and coordinate multiple teams.
