Overview

Contracts Manager - We have a permanent, full-time position available as a Contracts Manager with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £42,884 per year, rising to £46,870 per year after key competencies of the role are met.

Reporting to the Operations manager in the Property Services Team, you will lead on the contractual and operational management of contractor and supplier contracts we rely on to deliver an effective and efficient repair service, to maximise commercial and service benefits, whilst minimising risk and delivering continuous improvement.

This post requires detail orientated partnering with internal stakeholders to manage the contractual obligations of external contractors and suppliers, to provide assurance that we are maximising value from the key contracts we hold.

Responsibilities
  • Lead on the contractual and operational management of contractor and supplier contracts to support an effective and efficient repair service.
  • Maximise commercial and service benefits while minimising risk and delivering continuous improvement.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to manage contractual obligations of external contractors and suppliers and provide assurance on value from key contracts.
Qualifications
  • 3 years of previous experience in contracts management.
  • Educated to a Level 6 qualification and hold a recognised chartered graduate membership.
