Salary: £50,000 per annum + Company car/ allowance and other benefits
Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7 (day & night shifts - hours vary)

Role Description:
Bridge Recruitment is delighted to be supporting one of our key clients with the recruitment of a Contracts Manager to join their soft services division.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role during a period of rapid growth across multiple sectors. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will take full ownership of soft service operations, ensuring high standards of health & safety, operational excellence, and exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the highest standards of health & safety, ensuring compliance with all regulations, Risk Assessments and Method Statements
- Oversee and manage all soft service operations, ensuring contractual compliance and client satisfaction
- Line-manage site operatives, supporting performance and day-to-day operations
- Build and manage operational rosters, ensuring operatives are informed of monthly hours in advance
- Maintain accurate training records across the division
- Review data inputs and outputs using the Plaza technology platform
- Complete month-end data, applications for payment, and contract reporting
- Produce and manage monthly Management Information (MI) reports and client review meetings
- Support supervisors with training on operational and technological processes
- Manage operational budgets to achieve commercial targets
- Conduct audits against agreed soft service criteria
- Manage supplier relationships, including reactive and ad hoc collections
- Recruit, interview, and engage operatives
- Chair regular meetings with clients and site producers (e.g. retailers and tenants)
- Act as an accredited Technically Competent Manager (TCM) for operational sites (or complete accreditation during probation if required)
- Ensure all documentation aligns with ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
You'll be an experienced, confident, and people-focused manager who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a client-facing or management role
- Knowledge of the soft service industry and/or facilities management (desirable)
- Experience managing a supply chain
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong operational and organisational skills
