Contracts Manager - Design & Build Fit-Out Nationwide

Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager based in the North West to oversee multiple design and build commercial fit-out projects across the UK.

The role focuses on delivering projects safely, on programme and within budget, maintaining high quality standards. You will manage up to four live projects at once, typically valued around £1.5 million, with larger schemes reaching £10 million.
