Contracts Manager - Construction

€115,000 - €130,000 + Vehicle & Package

Our client is an established residential developer with a strong pipeline of projects acrossNorth Dublin and Ashbourne. They are now looking to appoint an experiencedProject Managerto join their growing team.

This is a senior position responsible for coordinating residential developments fromplanning through construction, completion, handover and Taking in Charge.

You will work closely with senior management, consultants, contractors, site teams, Local Authorities and utility providers to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme and quality requirements.

• Managing residential projects from planning through to completion.
• Coordinating architects, engineers, consultants and contractors.
• Managing project programmes, milestones, risks and critical path activities.
• Overseeing planning, BCAR and statutory compliance requirements.
• Coordinating ESB, Uisce Éireann and telecommunications infrastructure.
• Managing the interface between project management and site teams.
• Coordinating snagging, handover and completion activities.
• Managing Taking in Charge processes with Local Authorities and relevant stakeholders.
• Reporting on programme, cost, risks, compliance and project progress to senior management.

• 5+ years' experience inProject Management / Development Management / Senior Construction.
• Strong Irish residential construction/development experience.
• Relevant third-level qualification in Construction, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of planning, BCAR and statutory compliance.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and contractors.
• Strong programme, stakeholder and project management skills.
• Taking in Charge experience would be highly advantageous.
• Full driving licence.
