Contracts & Works Manager - Transform Flexible Spaces

Runway East Limited in London seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to lead in-house works across our portfolio, price jobs, plan allocations, and ensure designs are faithfully built. You'll bring in suitable subcontractors and manage RAMS and CDM for site safety while delivering snag-free spaces.

The role suits a hands-on manager from a smaller fit-out or refurbishment firm who has run multiple live projects, priced work, and actively contributed on-site.
