Contractor Delivery Lead, Energy Efficiency & Retrofit

Beyond Housing Limited is seeking a Contractor Manager for Redcar & Scarborough to oversee contractors delivering insulation, low-carbon heating, solar PV and related M&E works, ensuring safety, compliance and high-quality delivery.

You will manage performance, health and safety, CDM compliance and QA from mobilisation through to handover, collaborating with contractors and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes.
