Contract Manager

Role: Legal Contracts Manager

Location: Hybrid role based in London

Job Type: 6+ month contract

Planet Pharma are partnered with an innovative global biotech assisting them with the search for an interim Contracts Manager for an initial 6+ month hybrid role based in London.

Role scope:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including but not limited to:
• Master Services Agreements
• Work Orders
• Change Orders
• Bought-In Component Agreements
• Non-Disclosure Agreements

Role requirements:

• Degree educated, with a preference for a legal qualification.
• Experience supporting a legal or contracts function, ideally in the life sciences, medical devices, or technology sectors.
• Experience with global Phase I-IV clinical site agreements and budget negotiations, including U.S. sites, is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in negotiating and managing commercial contracts, particularly MSAs, WOs, COs, NDAs, and other operational agreements.
