Contract Senior Learning Experience Designer

Our key client is seeking a Senior Learning Experience Designer, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping impactful learning solutions aligned with digital and technology needs. This is a dynamic opportunity to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, driving innovative learning experiences across the organisation.

Key Information

  • Role: Senior Learning Experience Designer
  • Location: Manchester(2 days per week on site - non-negotiable)
  • Rate: £400 - £420 per day (Inside IR35)
  • IR35: Inside
  • Contract Length: 12 months
  • Start Date: Early/Mid September 2025

Role Summary

As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing, curating, and implementing learning content that aligns with business needs and enhances the learner experience.

Skills & Experience Needed

  • Proficiency in authoring tools and LMS Front End UX
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-8 years in product/learning leadership roles
  • Expertise in learning technologies and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Agile)
  • Skilled in storyboarding, Scripting, and instructional writing
  • Experience in blended learning programs and campaigns
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Commercial acumen and project management experience (Agile/Waterfall)
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs
  • Knowledge of LMS coding is a plus
  • Forward-thinking mindset focused on business impact over content volume
