Contract Senior Learning Experience Designer
Our key client is seeking a Senior Learning Experience Designer, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping impactful learning solutions aligned with digital and technology needs. This is a dynamic opportunity to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, driving innovative learning experiences across the organisation.
Key Information
- Role: Senior Learning Experience Designer
- Location: Manchester(2 days per week on site - non-negotiable)
- Rate: £400 - £420 per day (Inside IR35)
- IR35: Inside
- Contract Length: 12 months
- Start Date: Early/Mid September 2025
Role Summary
As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing, curating, and implementing learning content that aligns with business needs and enhances the learner experience.
Skills & Experience Needed
- Proficiency in authoring tools and LMS Front End UX
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5-8 years in product/learning leadership roles
- Expertise in learning technologies and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Agile)
- Skilled in storyboarding, Scripting, and instructional writing
- Experience in blended learning programs and campaigns
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Commercial acumen and project management experience (Agile/Waterfall)
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs
- Knowledge of LMS coding is a plus
- Forward-thinking mindset focused on business impact over content volume
