Are you passionate about driving process improvements and embedding a continuous improvement mindset? We're looking for a hands-on Continuous Improvement Support professional to help streamline operations, optimise warehouse efficiency, and support sustainable change across the business.

What you'll do as the CI Coordinator:

• Support CI projects from start to finish, applying Lean, Six Sigma, and improvement methodologies

• Analyse warehouse operations, propose layout improvements, and enhance material flow

• Collaborate with teams to improve customer experience, reduce lead times, and boost service quality

• Help develop and refine systems, processes, SOPs, and workflows for long-term sustainability

• Collect and analyse data, preparing reports and dashboards to guide decisions

• Assist with training and communication to embed a culture of continuous improvement

What we're looking for:

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification

• 1-3 years' experience in process improvement, operations, or analytical roles

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data tools is a bonus

• Collaborative, adaptable, and detail-oriented
