Continuous Improvement Analyst: Six Sigma, Data & Ops

SalonCentric (a subsidiary of L'Oréal USA) seeks an analytical operations leader to drive continuous improvement across our facility. You will lead Six Sigma projects, time/motion studies, and workstation designs to optimize productivity, material flow, and ergonomics.

You will manage the Labor Management System, establish labor standards, and develop PowerBI reporting to communicate KPIs. Coordinate with Central IT and global teams on project timelines and process flows.
