Job Description

The Financial Times is seeking a Contingent Worker Onboarding & Compliance Lead to design and implement a centralized onboarding framework for contractors, freelancers and other non-permanent resources.

Working with FT People, Technology, Cyber Security and Finance, you will strengthen JML processes, vetting, access controls and compliance across the contingent workforce, with a governance model that endures beyond the initial 9-month FTC.
