My Client is seeking a 1-3yr PQE Contested Probate Solicitor to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advice on a wide range of UK and cross-border issues including estates and probate, contentious trusts, and vulnerable client disputes.
• Work on Estate Disputes such as Executor disputes and disputes over personal possessions, as well as Trust disputes such as Trustee Removals.
• Represent and advise high net worth individuals, trustees, beneficiaries, and family offices.

Requirements

• 1-3 years PQE with solid experience advising on contentious private client matters.
• Interest in transitioning to a highly regarded Private Client team.
