Contentious Probate Lawyer

Contentious Probate Lawyer. Location: Bristol. NQ - 2 PQE. This Legal 500 and multi office practice in Bristol is looking for a Contentious Probate Lawyer to join their highly ranked team.

The role involves a case load of varied litigated matters relating to a wide range of contentious probate, trusts and Inheritance Act claims, as well as some cohabitation disputes.

The ideal candidate will be NQ - 2 PQE with the ability to manage their own caseload, build lasting relationships with clients and have prior experience within contentious probate. You will be responsible for your own cases but will also have the opportunity to assist on high value, complex claims. This role is suitable for either an NQ with relevant experience and a passion for contentious probate, or a junior lawyer with experience in this field who is seeking progression.
