You'll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes.

As a Content Production Manager, working directly with the Head of Research and research team, you will be responsible for creating, producing and distributing the non-written content, including webinars and podcasts, for our external clients.

This will involve setting the content agenda, coordinating with guests, writing the script, preparing presentation materials, producing and editing the video and/or audio, and working with the marketing team to obtain approvals and distribute the content externally.

You will manage the thought leadership content calendar for both institutional and wealth audiences and coordinate meetings with key stakeholders and partners, ensuring alignment with Macquarie Asset Management's strategic priorities.

You will also produce performance analyses of thought leadership outputs to assess campaign effectiveness, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates and investor engagement trends.

We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.

  • Excellent content production, organisational and project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Advanced writing and editing skills
  • Deep understanding of the subject matter covered in the webinars and podcasts - i.e. infrastructure, private markets and the energy transition
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
