This is an office-based role. 4 days working in the Hammersmith, London office with 1 day working from home (Monday or Friday).

This is a 6-month FTC role.

The Supervisor will be responsible for developing insight-driven UK marketing strategies and executing best-in-class campaigns for Disney+, at both an overarching brand level and IP-specific levels. The focus and success metrics are to build brand awareness, understanding, and consideration of Disney+, as well as awareness and excitement for high-priority content drops, to drive sign-ups, subscriptions, and loyalty in partnership with the performance & retention teams.

The individual will oversee day-to-day UK marketing activities, collaborate with research and insights teams, and be an expert on the UK market, audiences & behaviors, the TV & SVOD landscape, and the broader entertainment industry. They will also work closely with other Disney+ departments including synergy, performance, retention, PR, social, and partnerships to plan integrated strategies.

The Opportunity & Responsibilities

  • Create and execute industry-leading, insight-driven, innovative, and effective marketing campaigns for Disney+ at both brand and IP levels, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Manage campaign planning processes, timelines, internal and external briefings, implementation, and post-campaign analysis to incorporate learnings into future activities.
  • Manage relationships with media agencies, fostering strong partnerships to ensure innovative and effective campaigns.
  • Maintain relationships with key media partners in the UK, such as Bauer & Lad Bible.
  • Handle detailed campaign budgets, track purchase orders, manage vendors, and support quarterly financial planning with the Senior Brand Manager.
  • Coordinate with Performance, Promotions, and Retention teams to align media plans with their activities.
  • Work with the publicity team to maximize brand and content publicity opportunities.
  • Develop expertise on UK audience attitudes and behaviors, identifying optimal engagement strategies.
  • Analyze the competitive environment across platforms and content, applying insights for strategic advantage.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to motivate and inspire.
