Content Designer - Contract | AI Discovery Project | Outside IR35
SR2 are working with a consultancy delivering an innovative government project exploring the use of agentic AI to create more personalised services for citizens.

We're looking for a Content Designer with experience shaping content for AI-driven tools, with strong skills in early-phase projects (discovery and proof-of-concept) and an ability to work in agile, multidisciplinary teams.

Key Details

• Start: Early October 2025
• Contract: Until 31st March 2026 (initial)
• Rate: Up to £500/day (Outside IR35)
• Location: Hybrid - remote with some central London travel
• Clearance: SC clearable required (active SC desirable)

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, user-centred content strategies for a new AI-enabled service.
• Explore content models and patterns in an AI-driven environment.
• Work closely with service designers, researchers, and technical specialists in discovery and proof-of-concept.
• Ensure outputs meet both user needs and government service standards.

Experience Required

• Proven background as a Content Designer in agile teams.
• Experience working on projects involving AI services/tools.
• Discovery and proof-of-concept experience essential; public sector exposure desirable.
• Strong ability to make complex ideas simple and accessible.
