Robert Half is working in partnership with a global brand to recruit a Freelance Content & Community Creator with Marketing Experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for a digitally savvy professional fluent in Spanish, with a strong understanding of community-led content and online culture.

The Role

As Content Creator, you will play a key role in building awareness and engagement across conversation-led platforms. You'll support the brand's growth by developing and distributing engaging content across online communities, helping to Spark meaningful dialogue and organic visibility.

This is a fully remote contract, suited to a UK-based freelancer with flexibility to engage with fast-moving digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content seeding strategies across Spanish speaking online communities as a content creator

• Create and curate text, image, and video content designed to drive engagement

• Monitor digital conversations, trends, and behaviours to inform content in Real Time

• Adapt tone, messaging, and format to suit specific audiences and platforms

• Track content performance and provide insights for ongoing optimisation

Your Profile

We're looking for someone who:

• Is fluent in Spanish, with strong cultural knowledge of local Internet trends

• Has experience creating engaging content across multiple formats (social, video, visual, written)

• Is confident navigating platforms such as Reddit, Discord, TikTok, Instagram, X/Twitter and similar

• Understands the nuances of online engagement and community building

Experience moderating or managing online communities is highly desirable.
