The Opportunity

We are looking for a talented Content & Growth Executive with 2-3 years' experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. This is not a role where you will wait for instructions or simply manage social media. You will work closely with the leadership team to turn ideas into campaigns, stories, partnerships and experiences that build the RunCommerce brand. We will provide the strategic direction. You will be trusted to develop ideas, execute them to a high standard and continually look for opportunities to increase our visibility and impact. As the business grows, this role has a clear progression path towards becoming our Marketing Manager, leading the marketing function and building your own team.

Brand & Growth Marketing

• Help shape and strengthen the RunCommerce brand.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Create marketing initiatives that generate awareness, engagement and new business opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure consistency across all brand communications.

Content Strategy & Creation

• Develop a content strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Plan monthly and quarterly content themes.
• Write thought leadership articles, blogs, newsletters and customer case studies.
• Create engaging LinkedIn and social media content.
• Repurpose content across multiple formats and channels.
• Maintain a consistent publishing calendar.
