In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centres (Delivery Centres), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centres offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Senior Package Consultant for Oracle Finance Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in designing, configuring, and delivering transformative financial solutions for clients. You'll leverage your deep knowledge of Oracle Finance Cloud modules-such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and Expenses-to drive efficiency, accuracy and compliance across financial operations. Working closely with stakeholders, you'll translate complex business requirements into scalable cloud solutions. You'll be responsible for ensuring seamless integration between financial systems and other enterprise platforms. This role demands a balance of technical expertise, business acumen and consulting excellence to deliver high impact outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, configuration and deployment of Oracle Finance Cloud modules.
  • Conduct fit gap analyses to align solutions with client requirements.
  • Optimise financial reporting, analytics and process automation.
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide quality assurance on deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure end to end solution integrity.

Required technical and professional expertise
  • Enables clients to architect a global foundation for Finance data and improved business processes.
  • Sets up and manages clients' enterprise and workforce structures and configures security.
  • Experienced in implementing the Oracle Cloud Financials Projects Module.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Finance Cloud architecture and financial workflows.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional designs.
  • Experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Finance Cloud solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud reporting tools and data analysis.
