We deliver comprehensive neurodevelopmental and mental health assessments across Ireland through our growing network of national clinics. To support this expansion, we are seeking experienced Consultant Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists to join our multidisciplinary team on a contracted, flexible basis. Our clinics are located in Dublin, Cork, Dundalk and Galway with options for both in-person and remote participation.

Role Overview

As a Consultant Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist, you will:

• Lead the diagnostic process for children and adolescents (6-18 years) referred for ADHD and neurodevelopmental assessments.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including review of medical and developmental history.
• Rule out differential diagnoses and co-occurring conditions in line with DSM-V/ICD-11 and NICE guidelines.
• Oversee or initiate medication management where clinically appropriate.
• Provide feedback to families and collaborate closely with our psychology, occupational therapy, and speech and language therapy teams.
• Contribute to post-diagnostic psycho-educational support where required.
• Ensure adherence to all governance, safeguarding, and data protection standards.
• Registered on the Specialist Division of the Register of Medical Practitioners maintained by the Irish Medical Council in the specialty of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Minimum of three years' post-qualification experience in ADHD and neurodevelopmental assessment.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong commitment to neuro-affirmative and child-centred practice.
• Current professional indemnity insurance.
• Up-to-date Children First, GDPR, and Safeguarding training.
