Job Description

A Construction Trainee role starting Sept 2026 at Vistry, supporting safe and successful project delivery across quality, budget, programme, design and customer service. You'll learn site operations, follow company procedures, gain hands on experience, and work toward a Level 4 apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

Monitor health and safety standards on construction projects
Record, oversee and report progress on construction projects
Supervise specialist contractors
Manage the quality of works
Support commercial staff to monitor construction costs
Minimise the environmental impact of construction projects
