Construction Tech Customer Success Manager

Dalux is seeking a Customer Success Manager for our Glasgow team to help construction professionals achieve value from our BIM-enabled SaaS platform. You will guide onboarding, training, and ongoing adoption, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring customers are engaged and successful throughout their journey.

You will collaborate with Sales, attend industry events, and represent Dalux to support long-term partnerships.
