Construction Talent Sourcing & Onboarding Coordinator

BPIC Network in London is seeking a motivated Resourcing Coordinator to attract, register and engage construction professionals across blue and white-collar roles. You will help build talent pools, screen candidates and coordinate interviews to support hiring for major projects.

You will liaise with clients, manage candidate communications through phone, email and social channels, and maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM.
