Construction Talent Acquisition Lead - Part-Time (3 Days)

Auxo Future Build in Corby is seeking a permanent Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Lead on a part-time basis (3 days per week, flexible). You will own the recruitment function, shaping how the business attracts and selects talent to support growth.

You will partner with senior leaders and operational teams to develop effective processes, build strong candidate pipelines and improve the organisation's ability to attract high-quality people.
