Construction Supervisor (Mechanical)

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop & implement SOPs, SWPs, and QAPs for construction activities.
2. Plan daily job execution, resource allocation, and supervision for equipment, piping, and structural erection, including on-site fabrication.
3. Ensure smooth execution of jobs per plan and promptly escalate site issues.
4. Execute work as per construction drawings and specifications for equipment, structures, and piping.
5. Coordinate with the IM section & store to arrange materials like equipment, structures, pipes & fittings.
6. Ensure strict adherence to safety norms and promote a Zero-Incident workplace.
7. Implement quality assurance in all construction jobs and coordinate Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) requirements.
8. Work closely with vendor partners for site job execution, site management, resource planning, safety, and quality compliance.
9. Prepare site progress reports and ensure timely updates.
10. Verify and process vendor bills for site jobs.
