Responsibilities- Ensuring projects are completed in a safe, productive, and cost effective manner.
- Ensuring our frontline engineers are working in line with company policies and procedures through audits.
- Managing both SGN employees and contractors across the Construction projects.
- Attending planning meetings, such as those with Highway Authorities, and coordination meetings.
- Satisfying the needs of all customers and stakeholders.
- Undertaking standby duties as necessary (with appropriate training provided).
- Demonstrable team leadership, managerial, coaching, organisational, diagnostic and problem solving skills.
- Ideally 2 years' experience working within a similar industry, with knowledge of health and safety procedures.
- Effective communicators at all levels and able to engage with all stakeholders, customers, contractors and your own team.
- Flexibility with a can do attitude and strive to outperform targets.
- Flexible approach to work and hold a full and valid driving licence.
