Construction Solicitor - We are hiring for our client, a leading law firm with an expanding Dublin practice, seeking a Construction Associate - 2PQE+. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing construction team acting for major corporate entities, developers, contractors, and banks on both non-contentious and contentious construction matters including infrastructure, energy, and large-scale projects. The Role
  • Advise a diverse client base including developers, funders, employers, contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants.
  • Draft, review and negotiate building contracts, consultant appointments, warranties, and development agreements.
  • Support projects across sectors such as living, commercial, retail, energy, and infrastructure.
  • Assist with dispute management including adjudication, conciliation, and litigation.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams on related real estate, banking, and corporate matters.
  • Maintain high levels of client contact and contribute to business development activities.
The Person
  • Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in construction law (contentious, non-contentious, or both).
  • Strong drafting skills with the ability to produce clear, commercially astute documents.
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management.
  • Highly organised with ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Passionate about professional development and continuous learning.
