Construction Quality Manager

Due to continued expansion, a Specialist Contractor are currently looking for a Quality Manager based in West Dublin. Their employees are their most valuable asset which allows them to deliver the best-in-class projects for their high-profile clients in sectors including Pharmaceutical, Educational, Commercial, Educational and Fitout.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with company management and general staff to ensure that the QMS is functioning properly.
• Liaise with the external assessment body on all matters related to the external accreditation process.
• Develop, implement, communicate, compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements. Ensure that the Quality Objectives are set with senior site management for measuring the performance of the QMS and these are regularly reviewed.
• Ensure the promotion of awareness of organisational quality objectives throughout the site team.
• Produce and maintain a document control process to approve, review and update all changes to critical documents within the scope of the QMS and in accordance with ISO 9001:2018.

Qualifications

• A relevant third level qualification
• 5+ years' experience in a similar role
• Experience of working on construction projects
• Applicant must have a working knowledge of ISO Standards.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint.
