We're looking for aConstruction Procurement Managerto oversee the strategic procurement of capital programmes, ensuring best practice, compliance, and innovation. You'll work across complex stakeholder environments, support team development, and help drive procurement excellence.

• Lead procurement for major construction and infrastructure programmes
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project goals
• Manage tendering, evaluation, and contract award processes
• Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and governance standards
• Support contract management and supplier performance
• Promote continuous improvement and team development

• Experience in construction procurement or capital programme delivery
• Knowledge ofNECandJCTcontract terms
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
• Experience supporting team development and procurement excellence
• Familiarity with public sector procurement frameworks and tools
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. MCIPS, RICS, PRINCE2)
