Construction Plant & Asset Manager

Leo Lynch is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee the company's construction plant, tools, and equipment on site in Naas. You will ensure safe maintenance, optimal utilization, and asset readiness to support project delivery across teams and suppliers.

You will drive maintenance scheduling, asset records, cost control, and compliance, while using Hilti ON!Track and other systems to improve efficiency and reporting.
