Construction Planner - On-Site Role

Contract €490/day

Are you an experienced Construction Planner ready to take the lead on a dynamic industrial project? We're looking for a site-based planning professional to join a major Oil & Gas project in El Morell, Tarragona, starting July 2025.

This is a hands-on role, fully based on site (Monday to Friday, 10 hours/day), where you'll be the sole Planner, playing a pivotal role in the project's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Planner on site, collaborating closely with contractors and site teams.
• Refine and maintain contractor schedules to reflect real-time progress and work scope.
• Liaise with Construction Managers and discipline Superintendents (Civil, Mechanical, E&I, etc.) to ensure alignment.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and propose proactive solutions.
• Maintain high-quality schedule logic and reporting using Primavera P6.
• Clearly communicate updates to all stakeholders.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in construction project planning, ideally in brownfield environments.
• Previous work on industrial or Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong on-site experience (experience in Spain is a plus).
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 (mandatory), MS Project (nice to have), and Deltek Acumen Risk (desirable).
• Full fluency in Spanish, with excellent English communication skills.
