Construction Health & Safety Leader

Princebuild in Gosberton, Spalding, is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to oversee SHEQ across construction projects. The role is full-time (42 hours per week) with some travel, reporting to an Associate Director and collaborating with project teams to promote a proactive safety culture.

The ideal candidate will hold a NEBOSH Construction Certificate, have construction experience, and be adept at site inspections, audits and risk assessments. DBS checks and continuous improvement are emphasized.
