Job Description
Overview

This excellent City law firm has a new opening for a non contentious Construction Associate. The firm is ranked for its real estate and construction teams and will work on high quality development, retail, hospitality, regeneration, student accommodation, and private residential projects.

Responsibilities
  • Drafting and reviewing construction legal documents, with expertise in JCT, FIDIC and NEC standard forms.
  • Advising developers, corporate occupiers, investors, developers and funds in a lean team setting.
  • Providing direct client contact and support across the construction practice.
Qualifications
  • Mid level Associate with at least 2 years PQE in a highly regarded construction team.
  • Excellent drafting experience and strong knowledge of JCT, FIDIC and NEC standard forms.
  • First career move following qualification preferred (continuity of experience).
