Construction Account Coordinator - Customer Success

Reconomy Connect, based in Telford, is seeking an Account Coordinator to join the Construction & Infrastructure team. You will build and maintain relationships with a defined customer base and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly through effective prioritisation of workload.

You will respond to requests by phone or email, provide service quotes, process orders, review Site Waste Appraisals, and resolve complaints.
