Connection Strategy & Media Manager: Lead EMENA Campaigns

Costa Coffee is reimagining coffee experiences worldwide and seeks a Connection Strategy & Media Manager to lead EMENA media across paid, owned and earned channels. You'll partner with local markets, Retail and AFH teams to optimise media mix and drive ROI using insights and AI-enabled tools.

Based in the UK, this role blends flexible home working with in-person collaboration. Costa is moving to a new Support Centre in St Albans in January 2027, with three days a week onsite.
