Conflicts Analyst for New Business Growth

Cooley LLP is seeking a Conflicts Analyst (New Business) to join the Business Intake and Conflicts Team. The analyst will identify, analyze, and resolve conflicts requests with independence and judgment, clearing incoming work and candidates in alignment with business needs and professional ethics.

The role involves preparing reports, conducting corporate research, drafting waivers and engagement letters, and communicating with partners and attorneys.
