We're currently working with a BRILLIANT, top 100 national law firm, looking to add into their growing conflicts function. This is a great opportunity to join the firm at a pivotal time as they're currently really investing in their compliance function. With a plan to continue growing and expanding over the next couple of years there is a great opportunity for internal progression here, an ideal role for someone with a solid background in Conflicts.

The Role?

• Act as the first point of contact for conflict queries across the firm
• Review conflict search results & reports, identifying actual or potential conflicts
• Advise Partners and fee earners on conflict risks, confidentiality, and conduct rules
• Investigate new and existing instructions for conflict concerns
• Maintain internal conflicts registers
• Support improvements to conflict processes & systems (Intapp experience preferred)
• Draft, update & maintain conflict policies, procedures & templates
• Assist in training team members and legal teams on conflicts best practice
• Escalate complex queries in line with procedures, ensuring risks are managed appropriately

About you?

• 3+ years experience focused in Legal Conflicts
• Excellent communication skills
• InTapp experience
• Strong knowledge of Conflicts of Interest rules
