What will I be doing?

  • Assist in managing all Conference and Banqueting operations
  • Maintain high levels of customer service
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement
  • Stay informed of trends and suggest ideas to enhance F&B and C&E offerings
  • Optimize sales and control costs, identifying areas for improvement
  • Set achievable budgets and operational goals
  • Support other departments as needed

What are we looking for?

  • Strong knowledge of the hotel/leisure/service industry
  • Proven success in Conference and Beverage operations, with skills in profit delivery, cost control, and customer loyalty
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional leadership abilities to develop a successful team

Additional preferred capabilities:

  • Experience in Conference and Banquet Operations in a managerial role within a hotel or events center
