The Role

As a Concrete Site Agent, you will play a key role in the successful planning, coordination and delivery of concrete works on a civil engineering industrial project in Co. Wexford.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating concrete site operations.
• Managing site teams, subcontractors and concrete work packages.
• Planning and coordinating concrete pours, sequencing, resources and programme requirements.
• Supporting quality control, inspections, testing requirements and documentation for concrete works.
• Monitoring productivity, workmanship and performance on site.
• Driving compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Maintaining strong relationships with project stakeholders, engineers and subcontractors.
• Promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.

About You

We are interested in hearing from professionals who possess:

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Experience as a Concrete Site Agent, Site Agent, Construction Manager, Senior Engineer.
• Proven experience delivering concrete works on civil engineering, infrastructure or industrial.
• Strong knowledge of concrete operations, sequencing, quality requirements and site coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A commitment to safety, quality and operational excellence.
• Experience with a main contractor or civil engineering subcontractor.
• A full, clean Irish driving licence.
• Experience in industrial, roads, bridges, structures, marine works, aviation, utilities, earthworks or heavy civils projects is highly desirable.
