HEAD OF CONCIERGE UNIT 100%Due to a retirement, the Municipality is looking for:HEAD OF CONCIERGE UNIT 100%Your mission:You will lead the concierge unit by ensuring: the delivery of concierge unit services (cleaning, provision of logistics during the follow-up and control of projects entrusted to the unit (regular and emergency maintenance work); the availability and performance of the staff under your charge; the budgetary follow-up of the unit.Main responsibilities:Supervise the unit's staff (6 people); Organize, direct and supervise the execution of internal and external maintenance work for the municipal property (X m2 to maintain spread over about ten sites); Management of municipal key handling; Plan and coordinate logistical needs for the: Degree from an advanced technical school in building technology CVS, or certified qualification as a heating engineer, builder, or electrician, or proven skills in team leadership (proximity leadership); Driving license profile: Ability to work independently; Strong knowledge in building techniques; Ability to manage many files simultaneously; Analytical mindset and stress-orientedExcellent offer: An interesting and varied job in a pleasant environment allowing for flexibility in desired conditions: to be agreedThe application file, consisting solely of a cover letter and a CV, should be sent by email.The deadline is set no later than March 15.
