Concierge, Hotel Operations: Guest Experience & Reservations

Hard Rock International is seeking a part-time Concierge for their Hotel Operations in Bristol. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for assisting guests with bookings, reservations, and providing knowledgeable information on hotel services. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and experience in a four-star hotel guest services. Strong communication and mathematical skills are required. This role requires flexibility with scheduling, including nights and weekends, to ensure excellent guest service.
