Concierge

Job Location: The Limes, 12 Camps Road, Haverhill, CB9 8HB.

Salary: £28,173.6 per year.

Hours: 42 hours per week - 6pm to 6am, 4 days on 4 days off.

Your role

• Be the first point of contact for customer queries and support
• Build positive relationships and help customers develop life skills
• Respond calmly to emergencies or challenging situations
• Ensure the service is secure and provide excellent customer care
• Carry out health and safety checks and keep customer notes up to date
• Experience supporting young people or vulnerable adults, including those with mental health needs or substance misuse
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Strong communication skills and a friendly approach
