Concierge

Job Overview

Concierge at The Harley Street Clinic, London. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Shifts between 07:30 and 20:30 with rotating weekends. Salary £28,860 per annum plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet all patients, visitors and consultants into the building.
• Direct visitors to correct areas.
• Handle telephone calls.
• Cover for reception when necessary.

Qualifications

• Previous concierge experience, preferably in a 5 setting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good IT skills.
