Concierge at The Harley Street Clinic, London. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Shifts between 07:30 and 20:30 with rotating weekends. Salary £28,860 per annum plus benefits.
Responsibilities- Meet and greet all patients, visitors and consultants into the building.
- Direct visitors to correct areas.
- Handle telephone calls.
- Cover for reception when necessary.
- Previous concierge experience, preferably in a 5 setting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good IT skills.
