Responsibilities

- Build strong relationships with boutique partners to enhance the guest experience and drive footfall.
- Manage guest queries, bookings and feedback professionally, while contributing to continuous service improvements.
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, leisure or retail, with a passion for world-class service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging diverse, international guests.
- A proactive, adaptable approach, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong collaboration skills, cultural awareness, and flexibility to work varied hours.
