What'sthisrole about?As part of our Retail team,you'llbe joining ourconcessionin Fenwicks in the Bentalls Shopping Centre,Kingston, on afull-timepermanent basis as ourConcessionManager, whois responsible forensuring theconcessionachieves targets, delivers results with commercial and operational excellence.
Whatyou'llbe doing- Planning the long-term concession goals
- Managing the overall concession operations and performance
- Leading the concession team to deliver exceptional customer experience by ensuring a personalised and tailored service is provided
- Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control to minimise loss
- Ensuring that promotions,salesand merchandising instructions are carried out to expected standards
- Taking responsibility for recruitment andretainingtalent
- Conducting regular performance reviews and probation reviews
- You'llhavepreviousretailmanagement experienceina similar sizeoperation
- A passion forpremium or luxuryproduct helps, butwe'reopen to all retail backgrounds
- Have a proventrack recordofincreasingoverall business performance
- Havea proventrack recordof delivering exceptional customer service through your team
- Be highly visual and have excellent commercial product management skills
- Be able toflex between the customer service, operational,technicaland visual elements of the role
- Be confident working under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Be self-motivated, focused and driven to achieve teamandindividual goals
- Be a great people manager, able to bring the best out of your team
- Have goodwritten and verbalcommunication skills
