Basic Job Description

• Start date 17th August 2026
• Full time - 5 days a week - 37.5 hours per week
• Teaching T Levels (Year 1 and 2) and a bit of BTEC
• Teaching to year olds
• Ongoing long term sickness at least until December/Christmas time, could be extended
• per hour
• FE College in Greater Manchester
• Looking for a T Level specialist and must have experience delivering the T Levels in computer science/IT
• Must have DBS on the update service

Responsibilities

• Working in the Computing Department, engaging with a variety of learners and meeting the College's standards of work.
• Providing additional tutorial and pastoral support to students across the College as required.
• Delivering T Levels and BTEC Computer Science and IT.

Requirements

• A UK recognised teaching qualification such as a PGCE, DTLLS, Cert Ed, or equivalent is essential.
• Experience delivering the subject and the T Level course.
• Computer Science / Computing / IT or a similar related qualification to degree level is essential.
• A current DBS on the update service.
