Job Description:

Internal Secondment Opportunity
Location: UKIMEA wide/ UK or remote
Duration: 9-12 months
Start: Handover asap for a formal start in November 2025
Reports to: Muna Issa, UKIMEA Compute BU Sales Director

About the Role

We're offering a unique opportunity to step into an interim leadership role within the Compute Presales Team, covering a maternity leave. This role is central to the Compute and Digital Sales organisation, providing technical direction and strategic continuity across key business initiatives.

You'll lead a high-performing team of specialists, helping maintain momentum on strategic priorities while nurturing a supportive and sustainable team culture. If you're passionate about people, technical impact, and contributing to transformation, this role offers a meaningful platform to lead, grow, and influence.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and support the team to deliver on key outcomes against their customer lists, achieve performance goals, support technical expertise and focused specialty in key industry technologies
  • Innovate and grow technical capability , bring value to the technical community through enablement and role plays and ensuring balance, focus, and wellbeing across the team
  • Engage with senior stakeholders (internal and external), championing strategic initiatives and alignment with broader business goals
  • Drive initiatives for FY26 , supporting change with expertise, innovation with AI, and influence team development
  • High performing culture support foster a strong, inclusive culture and lead by example
